•    Process paid media performance data through Python and SQL scripts on Databricks, creating reports through Power BI, Tableau and Powerpoint and presenting results and insights to clients in weekly status calls

•     Develop and prepare full-year budget and sales forecast and ongoing forecast updates using regression models with relevant insights, analysis and reasoning for the forecast figures

•    Enhanced and updated existing financial models to produce projected valuations for five Chinese real estate developers 
•    Created a China Investment Property Map displaying major shopping centers and office buildings in 104 cities in China

Real Estate Underwriting & Analytics Intern, WeWork Shanghai

2019

•    Prepared and presented to the WeWork Real Estate Committee the 2019 Pipeline Deal Study, which demonstrated trade-offs between capital expenditure and free cash flow by evaluating key financial metrics of 109 active deals
•    Created and maintained market playbooks and deal memos for senior managers to propose new deals for executive approval
•    Presented updates on West China deal flow, goals, and strategies for 2020 to senior WeWork management
